Depending on your team, the work-life balance isn't terrible.
If you speak out about global issues like Palestine and Sudan, you're hate-bombed into oblivion, all while HR doesn't do much to protect you. But their job is to protect the company, so I guess they're doing a great job, since I felt forced out the door.
