It seems that innovation now comes through acquisition. I guess at some point, when the founder is gone, that is to be expected.
Keep acquiring platforms, it's working.
But try to start some more innovative initiatives from within.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
