The interview process involved many rounds, some more technical than others. Transparency regarding recruitment updates was limited, leaving candidates unsure about their progress.

The interview was professional and competitive. Some hard questions were asked, as well as coding questions. There were barely questions about previous experience or related topics. The focus was solely on knowledge shared during the interview.

There were two 45-minute interviews at NSBE 2018: one on behavior and one on technical skills. Brush up on both. The interview environment was friendly enough, so try not to be nervous. There is a timer, so be careful of that.
