Most of the people I worked directly with were amazing.
- Everything is run from Redmond; workers in other GEOs are second-class employees.
- Very limited opportunities for career progression.
- You will drown in process and compliance.
- They will remorselessly sack you after years of hard work because your business unit "no longer aligns with MSFT's new AI strategy."
