The Hyderabad campus is so massive and amazing that one can spend hours just chilling out on campus during breaks.
- Boring and stagnant work in a few teams owing to the legacy products, at least for early career (there may be a few exceptions).
- Low pay compared to its peer companies in FAANG.
Kindly understand the requirements of each employee and then assign them to teams accordingly. Younger people might be more into fast-paced development than maintenance of slow and boring components.
