The employees love the work they do.
Leadership is old school, very negative, and vindictive. They behave like dictators. You cannot question their decisions. As a result of poor management, many layoffs have taken place. Unfortunate, because they promise totally the opposite.
Change the old-schoolers. Retrain the ones that are good people at heart but behave like in the old times.
