- Excellent work/life balance.
- Good pay (best if you work in the Seattle, Washington area; less competitive if you work remotely).
- Options for internal transfers if you want to try working on something different.
- Lots of benefits/perks.
- How bonuses are calculated is rather opaque and can feel unfair (not a problem everyone encounters, but I have).
- Corporate focus on social justice can feel fake.
- Add transparency to how bonuses and remote-work salaries are calculated. Too much of it happens behind closed doors.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
