Promotions are purely dependent upon manager's decisions. Managers write a lot of good feedback during connect discussions but don't consider the feedback during promotion cycles.

Advice to Management

Please apply some machine learning algorithm techniques on connect discussions and use the respective predictive score for candidate promotions, not only with manager discussions. 100% of all managers will give promotions to their pets.
