The interview process was fair but challenging, for sure. I think there’s a lot of work to do, but it’s relatively straightforward. Generally, with enough interview prep, it’s going to be okay.

I sent in my resume and got a generic phone interview with a recruiter. They asked the usual CS interview questions, and I didn't progress further. The recruiter didn't really press for info on any of my answers.

I interviewed with Microsoft as a Ph.D. graduate. Initial on-campus screening. After that, I was invited to an on-site interview. On-site Interview: It was a nice experience. I interviewed with managers and a director. I got three technical questions
