Take-home test, test #2, system design, HR test. I found the process to be quite straightforward and welcoming for the diverse software engineers. The test consisted of classical data structures and algorithms questions (LeetCode), done in Python.

On-campus interview, mostly behavioral with one interview question. Good interview, but Microsoft definitely doesn't keep the difficulty consistent with their algorithm questions. I got a hard question while my friend got "reverse a string."
