Microsoft is a dream company for many. It provides a healthy work environment with talented people and contributes towards opportunities and the healthy growth of its employees, both mentally and economically. It offers good market value, many benefits, and job security as well.
There are intellectual minds and employees, so it's sometimes hectic how to ask for little help when stuck in work or a project. It depends on our luck how good our manager is.
I would suggest they should make the environment more friendly for interns and beginners so that they can adapt to the workplace faster.
