The overall salary package is good. Microsoft cares for the well-being of its employees.
Lots of office politics in India center. All good technology projects are executed in Redmond. IDC gets left out extra work which Redmond development center cannot accommodate.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
