Scheduling was unusual, and it took a long time to hear back after the interview. I only had one phone screen, so I cannot speak to the next steps in the interviewing process. The call itself felt very rushed.

I applied online. Two weeks later, a recruiter sent me a link to a coding test, which consisted of three coding questions. Then, I was invited to the onsite interviews at the Microsoft offices in Cairo. Each interview was one-to-one.

Fast and pretty painless. Interviewers were friendly and understanding. My favorite part was the "super day." I talked to four nice people who actually wanted to solve problems with me.
