Microsoft

The process was an OA followed directly by a virtual onsite. The onsite interview was a mix of coding and systems design questions. The coding questions were usual LeetCode easy-medium problems. I interviewed as part of a hiring drive at Microsoft.

I had to talk about my challenges in my current job. I had to talk about projects that I was in charge of and the problems I faced. It took about half an hour, then I had to answer two interview questions.

The process was simple and easy. It went through basic questions about coding, and it also covered questions about writing code and building algorithms. I enjoyed talking to the interviewee throughout the whole process.
