Amazing workplace! Great benefits, you really feel that you can grow, learn, and become a much better engineer there. I never felt regret for joining Microsoft for a second.
Sometimes things move slow because it’s such a big company with a huge scale.
Base pay is a little bit above average in Oslo, while the work done there is way above.
I think increasing the base pay would be very nice.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
