On-site SWE Interview. The interview questions were LeetCode Medium. I was also very surprised to be asked a system design question, given I am a new grad. The interviewers were nice and helpful during the experience.

It was good for the position. The questions were hard, but I think I did well. Then there was a system design interview, and that was somehow easy. The interviewer was kind and helped me focus.

First, there is a test with problems. If you pass that test, you proceed to interviews with four members of Microsoft. They ask more complicated algorithm problems and inquire about your previous experience.
