Pros
  • Compensation and benefits;
  • Freedom to choose how you solve the problems;
  • International team with interesting, smart people around;
  • Sick days and home office;
  • Nice office with a terrace;
  • Free coffee, tea, fruits, and some food;
  • Events for employees are organized quite often;
  • There are some games and a music room, maybe something else, but I don't know anyone who finds time to use it.
Cons
  • No work-life balance if you want career movements. Besides obligatory on-calls, you are informally asked to be available during some evenings/weekends.
  • Stress and pressure will accompany you (this probably depends on the team).
  • Very competitive and people/teams blaming culture.
  • Bureaucracy and communication with HR/accountants.

To sum up, it can be a good place to start a career after university, but not as perfect if you are a parent with kids and want to spend evenings/weekends with your family.
