If you get hired into a good project, you might end up enjoying the work and the benefits. However, a bad project will make you run for it as fast as you can.
Salary is not up to expectations. You have to work a lot to get a promotion, and then when you get it, it’s almost insignificant. So they expect you to double your work while paying you almost the same.
