The local company culture is insane. At some point, you will be regularly working illegal amounts of overtime, working while sick, working over weekends, or working at night and asking yourself why you even came here.
There is this ever-present tension; everything needs to be done yesterday, and in the end, you're working on a product that sends spam.
Multiple people ended up in a hospital due to this environment.
Don't come here unless you want to use it as a stepping stone to find something better.
