The salary is not great for the level of SDE prowess you need to display. The workforce is very non-homogenous. He is rubbish.
Improve your HR or outsource it to a better party.

It was a fairly nice process. It involved a lot of DSA and project-related questions. The interviewers were very nice and experienced. The interview consisted of two DSA medium to hard level questions.
