Lots of smart colleagues and a lot of additional activities: hackathons, labs, etc.
Good career growth opportunities within Microsoft if you're not happy with your current position.
Compensation is above average, including lots of stocks, bonuses, etc.
There are some reorgs happening, but I think that's common for the IT industry, having in mind how dynamic it is.
There are some problems with planning, but that's improving.
There's some work after working hours or during the weekends, but this is getting reduced now, and it's well compensated.
