Good benefits. The work was good, or at least the teams I worked for were good. I really loved my individual offices.
It's big. Sometimes very hard to be seen. There's a lot of favoritism and political infighting. Several products really suck. I can't believe they get shipped.

Software Engineer
I applied online, and the process took five weeks. The recruiter had a resume walkthrough, asked why Microsoft, and covered the usual topics. Then they sent a HackerRank OA with 3 to 4 questions in 90 minutes. I didn't find it too bad, to be honest.
