The interview process was long, with moderately difficult questions, approximately Codeforces C level difficulty. Interviewers cared more about soft skills and the ability to reason outside the box, such as how one would change the question to make

Screened for 1 hour. Asked about current responsibilities and learned about theirs. Programmed a list backwards. It was not too difficult but worked. Did not get through to the next round.

Applied online. The first round was a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview. Recruiters were helpful. The only unusual aspect was being required to fill out a visa verification form before the on-site interview.
