Work-Life Balance is good. The culture is very supportive.
- They lowball your offer and give you a level 1. 2. Very, very slow. 3. Ownership is very low. 4. Infrastructure is poor; something or the other breaks. 5. It's not as inclusive as they say. 6. Some managers make your life hell.
Improve pay structure and infrastructure before expecting a lot from engineers.
