A big company like Microsoft is really what you make of it. Some teams will be bad, others good. I worked in Azure App Service and had a lovely time.
On-call shifts. Internal politics. Teams can have varying culture or no culture at all, and the campus is car-dominated.

First round OA with two questions, about LeetCode medium. Final round: three technical interviews, with coding questions. Since the JD mentioned language C, the coding question was done with C.
