They seem stingier than other leading tech companies (which is still generous overall). Promotions seem to be based on years of experience, rather than individual output/contributions.
Be more transparent with the rewards and promotions process.

First round OA with two questions, about LeetCode medium. Final round: three technical interviews, with coding questions. Since the JD mentioned language C, the coding question was done with C.
