Great company culture
Events, morale budget, very friendly teams (varies, but there's always opportunities to try and improve team culture too).
My team is great.
Big system, difficult to learn, but everyone has been quite understanding.
I think the compensation is considered low, but I have not felt it was low.
Teams are clearly committed to diversity, but the hiring does not appear to be extremely diverse.
