Excellent benefits. The diversity of business units allows one to move from group to group, experiencing different cultures without leaving the company.
Upward mobility is sometimes hard if the group is large with a lot of senior engineers.
Too much emphasis on performance review. Going through the process of entering commitments is a waste of time when it does not really matter.
