The caring for the employees, even when being let go. I was still able to do a comfortable transition by allowing them to keep the badge and work device for an additional week.

Also, I was left on payroll for two months, which is a huge help to find a new job on a visa.

The culture is very respectful and inclusive, and the benefits are really good! Also, they really seem to listen to the feedback which they get from regular polls.

We need more transparency around layoffs. It is not nice to tell everyone there are going to be layoffs and let them wait for three months to see if they are safe or not.

There is a high separation between engineering and business. Collaboration between both could be better.
