Cons

Growth mindset is a lie they try to say. Had a bad review over a year ago and had a follow-up review six months after that, and it was positive, stating that I addressed everything. I was a high performer on the team, and six months later (a year after the bad review), I was terminated for performance. My manager had said two weeks prior to that, "I'm on track for a promotion for the year." So, I think the higher-ups did some query to terminate people with LITEs (bad review) within a three-year range. Growth mindset is a lie.

Didn't even get severance when I was doing really well in my role. Garbage politics and would never recommend someone to work here because everyone has a bad few months eventually because that's life.
