Experience depends a lot on the team
Great benefits and infrastructure to deliver on ideas. A lot of flexibility to try out new things and experiment. Great learning experience and good people to work with. Great culture and people are very helpful.
Some teams don't have projects with a clear path to revenue, and get shut down once management realizes it is not viable. This results in engineers doing work with low impact.
