Pros

Good benefits, good pay, and lots of available options.

Cons

It is very feature-centric rather than user-centric.

Everything is so convoluted and unnecessarily complex.

It is a top-down organization where you've got not enough time to even do what you are told to do. There is no room for innovation at all.

Everything is about the bottom line and backstabbing to get ahead.

Advice to Management

Stop thinking of saving the most dollars.

Stop backstabbing people to get ahead.

Let employees have room to innovate rather than squeezing them.
