Microsoft

I love Microsoft. I came in thinking I was only going to stay a couple of years, but soon I found my dream job, and now I think I'll be here a long time.

I've had three jobs in three years, but they were all great, and now I am happier than ever.

The company is really big, and so we aren't the best at working across business groups. There is a lot of stuff that goes on that I don't know about, and sometimes partnerships that would be really beneficial slip through the cracks because of that.

Don't just say "One Microsoft," put your money where your mouth is. Really try to connect teams working on the same things.
