  • Work-Life Balance: Some people can work 1 hour per day and still be promoted.
Cons
  • Very low qualifications of engineers and managers.
  • Very low paying (new employees with 2 YOE earn more than old employees with 5+ YOE).
  • Disgusting culture.
  • Promoting those who talk a lot, and not noticing who actually deliver a lot.
Advice to Management

How about listening to people's feedback instead of removing questions from the yearly poll?
