Ads is a mature area, so there are some relevant openings on the market. There used to be good job security, but recently layoffs have occurred, so we will see.
A lot of reorgs.
Everyone has a lot of workload.
Most people have to collaborate with teams at different time zones, meaning meetings in the evenings.
No respect to boundaries.
The managers are super mean.
No time for learning.
The work is just implementation, so you cannot grow.
People work so hard, but revenue cannot beat.
No way, the whole org is sh*t.
