Pros

Used to have good work-life balance. Great, inclusive culture.

Cons

It has been a constant trend since the start of 2023. The workload doubled or even tripled. However, with the hard work and increased workload, there is no merit for all this year, and our org finds it difficult to promote people this year. It's like working extremely hard but all for nothing.
