Great work/life balance. They encourage you to work in areas you are interested in. Overall, it's really easy to make a good impression, and the engineers you work with are top talent who know how to do their jobs well. You can learn a lot from your coworkers.
It's big tech, so the "ship" turns very slowly. You probably won't do anything particularly risky in your day-to-day work unless you seek out side projects and advocate heavily for them to be funded.
