Good work-life balance. While some share the space, some have personal office spaces (however, the trend is open space).
I'm not sure the payments are competitive enough. Also, the knowledge culture, compared to some other recently emerged companies, is less.
Offer quality training. Given the company's aging workforce, the amount of training given to newcomers is not enough.
