A decent company to work for
Great work-life balance, nice people to work with. My team lead is technically strong and willing to help me grow. The environment is good, with many cafes to try food and many teams to learn things from. Great benefits, 401K match, and a fancy gym.
I had to learn many things that are Microsoft-specific, e.g., PowerShell.
The pay is not as competitive as some other top companies for a software engineer with 2 years of work experience.
A good place to start, stay, and grow.
