In general, a good place to work
- Managers I meet are very responsible and helpful.
- There are smart, experienced engineers who still feel passion about tech.
- A big company where you can work on different tech stacks.

Like every big company, politics sometimes influence long-term decisions.

Although there are smart, passionate engineers who took responsibility, there are also quite a big portion of engineers who simply do not care and are not interested.

The reward system can be designed better to encourage impactful work people.
