Great benefits, a lot of networking opportunities, and many different teams and orgs to be a part of, depending on what you're looking to work on.
I didn't have the best manager and should have switched teams earlier on.
Having a good manager that helps you grow and looks out for you is important.
Compensation may not be comparable to the industry, but work-life balance is pretty solid.
