Pay is lower compared to other companies. Too many inept middle managers throughout the company. Senior management is completely out of touch. Turnaround time to accomplish anything is slow. Don't expect anything to be completed on time. Many teams like to play the blame game and refuse to take responsibility for work assigned to them.

Advice to Management
  • Reduce the number of unnecessary middle managers.
  • Give engineers the resources they need to complete their projects on time.
  • Stop allowing certain teams to shift blame and work onto others.
  • Try harder to actually include people if you're serious about diversity and inclusion. Right now, it's mostly a fad term that doesn't mean much outside of public presentations.
