You will meet and work with some of the smartest people you can find in the industry. A lot of interesting projects you can get involved with. Treat your employees with respect and pay them well compared to other software companies. You can learn and grow a lot as a developer.
Too many layers to the very top.
Don't be obsessed with your competitors (Google).
