The continuing layoffs have made it clear: upper management has no idea of, or no interest in, attracting or developing talented people anymore. Long term, nothing else will matter if this persists.

First round OA with two questions, about LeetCode medium. Final round: three technical interviews, with coding questions. Since the JD mentioned language C, the coding question was done with C.
