I submitted my resume and received a half-technical/half-behavioral phone interview. I was notified that I had made it to the final round, which consisted of two technical 45-minute interviews in Redmond. Flying out to Seattle was amazing. Microsoft

The interview process was a smooth one. The interviewers were very polite. Expect LeetCode and behavioral questions. All calls were virtual and lasted 1 hour each.

It was a great experience. They heavily believe in behavioral interviewing and thus prepare very well for those. They mostly focus on conflict, asking "Tell me one time you were wrong." They also have a habit of diving deep into your resume.
