Microsoft feels like a company that is interested in your growth. Managers are trained to help you achieve more and how to get you projects that you're interested in. There is enough diversity of work and businesses within the company, so you don't have to leave to switch disciplines.
Promotion velocity is slow, and the pay is not super competitive.
Focus on retaining current talent.
I see a lot of people leaving post-pandemic.
The company seems to have the attitude to not care about people who are "not loyal to Microsoft".
But not everyone who leaves is disloyal.

The interview was easy. Most of the questions they asked were LeetCode easy. Unfortunately, I haven't been selected even after answering everything perfectly. I think they rejected me because of the ongoing visa issues.
