Microsoft can be thought of as a company of companies that's changing its ways to become united and up to date. Microsoft has very good benefits, perks, and opportunity to work on many things.
Quite bureaucratic and still very much so transitioning to be an agile and modern software company. At times, still holding onto old methodologies and practices, as well as sticking to old technologies.
Reduce middle management. Encourage team growth instead of individualism. Pursue and attain best modern practices.

First round OA with two questions, about LeetCode medium. Final round: three technical interviews, with coding questions. Since the JD mentioned language C, the coding question was done with C.
