No pros for Microsoft now.
- Very low compensation.
- Messy reduction in force (stretched over 3 months and everyone, including managers, were on edge, low morale).
- Poor leadership.
- Slow growth (senior software engineers have been there for 14 years).
- Feels outdated.
Get with the times. Provide higher compensation, and maybe all your good talent won’t have a reason to leave.

First round OA with two questions, about LeetCode medium. Final round: three technical interviews, with coding questions. Since the JD mentioned language C, the coding question was done with C.
