They have very good benefits and pay, nice people to work with, and opportunities within the company.
Not an agile environment due to layers of management. Not the best collaboration. They like to get rid of staff that hasn't moved up but has been there a long time, so they can replace with someone earning less. Not very loyal. They expect long working hours.
Try to have a more humane approach to staff in terms of loyalty and expectations.
