I joined the Hiring Events for experienced candidates with no prior reference. The first step was an online application. Then, a phone interview. Next, a skill test online. This was followed by an onsite interview, one-on-one, with three intervie

1 phone screen followed by 5 onsite rounds. The phone screen was a real-world problem, with emphasis on algorithms rather than actual code. Onsite rounds were standard, with 3 of them focusing on design and 2 on LeetCode medium questions.
